Have I introduced you to PR Heroes Tatiana Skomski and Colby Reade?

Sep 05, 2019

I have a podcast series, Chasing the Sun! In my podcast episodes, I highlight the individual and hear their perspective on how they live their life and incorporate health and wellness.

I am honored to have recently spoken with two amazing friends and professionals, Tatiana Skomski and Colby Reade.

Listen here:

Tatiana and Colby live with ulcerative colitis and Crohn's Disease respectively. We had a great chat about their career, how they live with their condition, and discuss advice for managers and those who live with or are working with those with similar conditions.

I so appreciated their time. And so will you!
