Frequently Asked Questions

What makes you qualified to help me? Christine Mohammadpour

Not only have I spent my career as a public relations executive, running teams while working from home, but I also have the credentials to run a health program safely and within your terms. After spending more than ten years losing and keeping off more than 150 pounds, I became a certified personal trainer and health coach through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

What do you want me to achieve?

I want you to spend more quality time doing what's important to you while growing in your career by making your health and wellbeing a priority. I think family, business growth, and health are interconnected. I want you to learn how to manage stress and feel empowered to incorporate health and wellness through actionable, achievable techniques.

Who is your ideal client?

I have clients in several different age groups and chapters in their life. I want to help the college student who wants to learn about living through the stressful world of communications, marketing, and public relations; the new professional who is preparing to enter the fast-paced business world; the mid-level manager who is learning how to lead people, teams and clients relationships, and; the senior professional who is leading big teams and carrying a lot of responsibility. The key theme for all these audiences is that they want to excel and grow in their careers while living through significant life events. I am here to help set them up for success!

Do you offer free consultations?

No. I actively work on various projects, and my time available for coaching is limited, so I reserve my time for clients who are excited about working with me.

Can I pick your brain for free?

No. I’ve spent hundreds of hours supporting my community throughout my career and offering free advice and coaching to people I believe in and want to support. Nothing gives me more purpose than helping others. Yet, I’ve learned that if I don’t charge for my time, it keeps me doing my best work to truly empower people to live their best lives. When people pay for my services, I have also found that they themselves take our relationship and our discussions more seriously. I have reached a point in my career where I can no longer offer my time for free. However, I’ve invested countless hours in free resources that will help you prioritize your well-being.
