A successful talk comes down to implementation and integration.

This is why Mark’s specialty is the Three-Point Impact™️

How We Work Together

  • We will deliver a powerful, interactive, and tailored discussion about your company’s Culture of Well-being. This will set the stage for further discussions to implement and integrate what we learned in parts two and three.

  • Next comes research-based implementation. We focus on the area that will most significantly impact your organization’s Culture of Well-being.

We’ll deliver research-based training on this topic and train your leaders on how to start practicing it with their teams.

Then, we set an assignment where every leader will focus on practicing it at least three times before we meet again.

This stage is about LEARNING, not getting it right. It’s about getting better.

  • We get the feedback from the teams. What worked well, where were the challenges, and what were the wins?

And we go deeper. We ensure the leaders can now integrate this into their daily and weekly work.

That’s when you see a significant change in the well-being of your employees.

The Three-Point Impact is how we solve burnout, turnover, and engagement challenges in your organization.

Building a Culture of Well-being™️

People no longer value ping pong tables and free beer in the office. They want to take the time off they deserve, feel safe sharing vulnerabilities, be confident financially, have quality sleep, and many other factors that may have seemed out of reach in previous eras.

Recent data shows that 88% of job seekers say that a healthy work culture is vital for success and that 86% of job seekers avoid companies with a bad reputation.

We’ll share relatable, practical, and actionable steps to ensure you and your company live a Culture of Well-being that impacts the health of your staff and your business.

I’ve seen a lot of speakers that promise to motivate, inspire and provide concrete tools, but fail to deliver. Mark nails this in the first ten minutes.

Leading with Empathy

Recent data suggests that 76 percent of people who experienced empathy from their leaders reported being engaged, a critical factor in designing effective employee communications strategies.

We’ll discuss how an empathetic leadership style can help build trust with employees, earn respect from executives, and design a winning culture.

Mark’s superpower is empathy and that is the through line for all his passionate work. This empathy, driven by his own backstory, sustains his energy to keep enhancing his business to meet the ever-changing needs of his clients. Everyone, every business, every employee needs a Mark in their corner.

Embracing Imposter Syndrome

Imposter Syndrome is defined as a psychological feeling of self-doubt and “not being enough.” We will discuss the common symptoms, different types, and warning signs, ultimately learning how to embrace and overcome this issue.

Mark was not only extremely prepared and well-spoken, but he also had a calming, welcoming, and approachable presence. This made everyone feel welcome and thus more able to share/engage than most guest speakers. He was a joy to work with, and I cannot recommend him enough. Mark is a gifted speaker and presenter who is well worth the investment!
